Inspiring Semester

This semester has taught me a lot over the past four months. I’ve met new friends, traveled to a few states, developed new study habits, and read more books to increase my knowledge. This fall semester at Florida A&M University has taught me more about life than any other semester. It allowed me to think creatively and outside the box when it comes to handling life situations. When I say life situations, I mean it taught me how to survive when financial aid doesn’t disburse funds on time and leave you hanging in the cold when its time to pay your bills on time.

This whole semester I didn’t receive a net check from the financial aid department, but due to them not helping me with my financial struggles, I was forced to hustle and win on my own to receive funds. This valuable lesson taught me not to…
