60 Second Rule on the Theory of Change & Understanding the Success in it

At 2am last night I woke up and all this information came running through my head. I posted the information via Facebook last night, and felt like the rest of my audience needed to see this. To my leaders:

I have a limited amount of time to share an unlimited amount of information for free. Be sure your listening, asking questions, and milking this cow. #TheClockIsRunning

Here’s a snippet of my 60 second rule:
Every 60 seconds the world is changing. Yes, while your sleeping right now! Each time you take a breath and savor it, a second has passed, something has changed and you don’t even know it. Babies are being born, others are passing (gotta be real), and a new generation is taking the drivers seat. If you are consistently worried about what happened last second, or forgot to be present in the following second, YOU’RE BEHIND! You cannot expect to serve (my entrepreneurs, political leaders, and future/current business owners) and not be able to switch, create, and move within a second of change.

What do you do? 1st understand the fact that change is the ONLY constant thing we have and that change is GOOD! Next, lets face it. Your time was a couple, if not triple a couple seconds ago. Society will NEVER cater to you anymore. Let it go that it went and tailor everything you do around the now! The trend that’s in now, the issue most pressing to “them” now. See the world through their eyes and direct with your wisdom. Sharpen your skills and separate your time from their (current generation) time.

*Bonus– To stay two steps ahead, always pay attention to the Elementary crowd. They’re your next teens and promising or not, adults. You, the President, Representative, CEO, Senator, Entrepreneur, City Commissioner, Mayor, student leaders, activist, world changers, soon to be leaders–that relies heavily on you! Tighten up, unscrew, and fasten your seat belt, because whoops! Something just changed right then…

This level of leadership is not for everybody!
