Have Trouble Creating the Life You’ve Always Desired? Here’s 3 Steps How to Achieve Results.

Disclaimer: The information provided below is researched and experimented information that I have formulated personally myself. I encourage each person to apply their own research if necessary. I constructed this post STRICTLY for the people who are struggling with their authenticity and are looking to understand how daily activities and habits are defining the life they live.

Thoughts create things. You become what you think. You are what you believe. We hear and watch people tweet, post, and update on those things, but WHERE ARE THE RESULTS?! I’m not seeing any results, what’s going on? If the information is indeed correct, and it’s accessible to us, why isn’t anything working?

One word, APPLICATION! You can post, tweet, and update all day, but if you are not applying the necessary information that you have access to, you will NEVER see results. Ever!

Here’s another tiny problem. Because there are many different ways to call one thing what it is, it becomes twice as hard to connect the dots. For instance, your beliefs= thoughts. It’s the same thing. There’s no becoming of thoughts. Whatever you think right now, is who you are. Period. Unless you are continuously growing mentally, in which 95% of individuals aren’t, then you’re becoming. If not, you are exactly today, right now, what you’re thinking at this very moment. Therefore, 95% of the people posting “Thoughts create things. You become what you think. You are what you believe,” the information does not apply to them.

How can we help the 95%? The 95% first and foremost lack the will and intention needed due to distractions. It is also rather difficult when beginning this process. Most people quit. Wallace D. Wattles says, “Every man has the natural and inherent power to think what he want to think, but it requires far more effort to do so than it does to think the thoughts which are suggested by appearances.” Appearances= other sources, illusions, surface images, the physical.

Lets get a little complicated and take a different approach. 98% of all people abandon their individuality with the fear of being judged. At that moment the 95% has increased, adopting the thought process of their environment. Simply by adaptation, their thoughts become your thoughts. You become them, they become you. Friends, family, and associates etc., are us. I know you’ve heard the saying, show me your 5 closest friends and I’ll show you who you are. What I explained above is the reasoning behind that. But wait! Lets say I don’t have any friends. Does that mean I am, who I am 100%? Absolutely not. Every single thing from television, music, and repeated activities are who you are. The image that each activity, musical piece, and filmed image that you’re engaged with, are what you’re adopting. Adopting= becoming/are. Are you beginning to see how crazily interconnected things are? Do you see how daily we are made up of the things and people we encounter? Is it a bad thing? Only if you’re not satisfied or content with who you are.

Okay, so how do I begin to apply the necessary information in my life to achieve results? Here’s how, but 1st let me tell you what you’re in for. Given your age, I’m 24, you will be tussling with, for me, 24 years of learned, practiced, and just about, permanent habitual information and beliefs. In the beginning the odds are not in your favor, but it can be beat. I did it, so can you! Operation reconstruct your brain begins now!

1st step: No beliefs. No Judgments. No Problems.

Whatever you think you believe at this moment, erase it! All thoughts and beliefs gone, let it go. Think of yourself as an empty canvass. Be open and nonjudgmental of everything you encounter from here on out. This way when starting out, you’re not reactive to the new things and situations that you’ll begin to encounter. Step 1 really is all about starting over to begin building your TRUTH.

2nd Step: Be careful what you expose yourself too.

Turn off the television and stop listening to structured music of a specific genre. Neurologically, the television and music, work something like a hypnotic source. Daily our brain operates like a sponge soaking up every single piece of information we come in contact with. With both outlets, your brain is not only soaking up information, but its basically re-wiring your brain like a manuscript. Why stay away from structured music of a specific genre? Because subconsciously, christian music says you have to be Christian to listen to it. Country music says that you have to be Caucasian and from the south to listen to it. Okay I lied. It literally doesn’t say so, but the greater masses has accepted and adopted this illusion. An illusion we’ve all bought into (that has formed beliefs). You’re already fighting a number of years of learned habits, don’t add to it.

3rd Step: Be Repetitive.

Go back to step one and continuously erase and re-apply yourself in each and every moment until you’ve encountered beliefs that most resonates to you (your TRUTH). Meaning, you need to let go of attachments. Attachments limit our thinking (beliefs) and our ability to be creative.

There you have it! The 3 step process to achieve results. When approaching each step, keep in mind that growing up we’ve adopted built in beliefs and reactions from how we were raised, where we grew up, and the people we grew up with etc. This whole process is for you to take a step back from learned and adopted habits. Give yourself the chance to engage into other things without being affected, changed, or easily adoptive of it, unless desired.

SN: Remember your beliefs, thoughts, and who you are, are synonymous. Do not separate them. It’s all interconnected.
