The Load of Leading.

When you’re on the front line people tend to desensitize you as a normal human being. As if you don’t have feelings. Because sometimes no one ever stops to ask.

Even as professionals, entrepreneurs and CEO’s, we are just as concerned and sometimes fearful of an outcome. The difference is, regardless of which, we carry on anyhow. We’ve learned to accept the possibility of failure. For when it does happen, if I need to cry, I cry, if I feel a little scared, I allow it, and if I happen to get hurt, I acknowledge that I’m hurt. However, I don’t  cry, get scared, or hurt for too long. There’s a moment, time, and place for all emotions. Neither one is due to last long unless you allow it too.

Welcome! My name is Sarah Lee and I'm a Business Strategist and social entrepreneur who loves the outdoors, a good book, and scary movies year round! Throughout this quirky, rich, and mysterious life of mine, I genuinely love to 'share' my experiences as a learning tool. I thought, what better way to track my level of growth than by sharing my experiences and the lessons learned thereof, than in my blog? A wise woman once said, "You are your own masterpiece, therefore, instead of mastering it, master you."
