Saturday Love

This is what Saturdays are supposed to be like!

Caugt someone reading in a funny position and this shot came out of it.

I worked my butt off the past two months and hadn’t had a day to just..dance off some energy, so I did yesterday. Now, I’m talking about 2 months of built up energy. Hanging with the boys matched with that is something serious. Recovery…that’s all I’ll say. lol

Anyhow, I took the time to reflect on my day today.

I was reading and listening to the amazing compositions by Dave Grusin. One piece that I love so much is, “How Could You Lose Me” that was featured in the movie, The Firm.  It’s so easy to drift off listening to it. It’s brilliant! How amazing is it to listen to such artistic magnificence? Geez!

It made me stop and think about the undiscovered genius we have in all of us. Then balance. Oh how important it is to allow ourselves to have a day off.

This was me last night…

Haha!

Anyhow..I’m going to get back to reading Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahenman on Amazon. It’s on my wishlist so I’m jacking the couple of pages they allow me to read until I get my copy. By the way, I really do read like that (the 1st picture up top). 🙂

Enjoy the rest of your Saturday and never miss the opportunity to reflect on your life. It’s your life. Enjoy it, why don’t cha!

It’s been such a relaxing day. Uh, bliss!
