Embrace Conflict

Hello, readers!

I just want to take a quick second to send out how grateful I am for growth – even when it doesn’t show up in the most pleasant or delightful manner.

I have my fair share of challenges, whether those challenges appear with family, personally related stuff, or things bound by societal influences. I’m not exempt, trust me. Especially with family…  Jesus! lol

Now, although I be 2 seconds away from sharing those challenges with my audience, I always take a minute to identify my own feelings 1st and then come to a conclusion about those feelings without any added external influences or opinions. It just that by then, my level of gratitude for the challenge itself, peaks!

Although sharing those issues serves a purpose in its own right, I don’t want to do that to my readers. There are enough content and media out there covering that kinda stuff and I don’t want to add to it. Plus, I’m not a victim and I don’t like to complain!

Because at the end of the day, no matter what is happening in your life you are okay! I’m sure you’ve survived worse!

Ease up on yourself.

Things will go wrong, people will misunderstand you, the people you love most will hurt you. But, guess what? At the end of it all, YOU ARE OKAY!

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Last thing.

Never ever take anything personally and hold no grudge.

Family are the ones who can hurt us in the most deepest way possible because they know our ins and outs. Therefore, never pay attention to the vessel used to teach you the lesson you need in order to grow.

Every stage in your life calls for a new you.

A better you.

A more advanced and understanding you.

Don’t get caught up in who’s teaching you the lesson, and get what you are to get out of each challenge and let the G R O W T H process happen!

That’s your only job. Don’t block your blessing.

Shout in gratitude when challenges appear, because it’s your time to rise!

I thought, what better way to track my level of growth than by sharing my experiences and the lessons learned thereof, than in my blog?
