The trick to sustaining a life you desire is to remain happy and excited about the things you want– especially on the days when you feel the complete opposite.
By doing this you are attempting to shift how you feel.
Why would you want to do that?
Because, as you are walking around feeling however you feel towards whatever you’ve encountered since your day started, is what you are attracting (pulling) back towards yourself.
So no matter what happens, shake an unwanted feeling off after you’ve given yourself 30 to 60 secs to identify with it and then allow that unwanted feeling to exit!
